Vacation Rental Reservations

To make a reservation and request availability info please get in touch with us with a message to eleutheracottage@gmail.com.

A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is required within 4 weeks of the arrival date.

Cottage Rates (Saturday to Saturday)

Minimum 3 nights stay, except during Christmas season when a minimum of 1 week is required.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

$200 damage deposit will be required and returned to guests after a positive inspection upon your departure by the caretaker.

An additional $50 cleaning fee is to be left for the cleaning lady at departure.

Please be aware that we have a strict "No-Smoking/No-pets policy".
