Air Travel

 Eleuthera has three airports:

• North Eleuthera (ELH), in the north end of the island;
• Governor's Harbour (GHB), located near the center of the island;
• Rock Sound Airport (RS), in the south.

Governor's Harbour and North Eleuthera are the recommended airport destinations for our guests since the BlueSkies cottage is located in the North-Central part of the island. 
It is quite easy to get to Eleuthera as there are a number of possible options for travellers from Nassau, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or other major USA or Canada airports, as shown in the list of carriers below:

Continental Airlines
From Miami & Ft. Lauderdale to ELH and GHB.
US Airways Express
From Miami to GHB and ELH.
Bahamas Air
From Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau, GHB and ELH.
Twin Air
From Ft. Lauderdale to all three airports in Eleuthera.
Lynx Air
From Ft Lauderdale to GHB.
Southern Air
From Nassau to GHB and ELH.

Since Eleuthera is becoming a popular destination it is almost impossible to keep up with the increasing number of flight offers and therefore we strongly encorauge you to contact a travel agent or visit a carrier's website for the most updated information.
